Great Service Peruzzi is not my selling dealer but I have been using them for service for over 5 years. When I call them to bring in my vehicle they have always be Peruzzi is not my selling dealer but I have been using them for service for over 5 years. When I call them to bring in my vehicle they have always been accommodating and able to get me in within a reasonable time. When I have called my selling dealer they never seem to be able to get me a slot in the service department so I have stopped calling them. When we replace this car it will probably be from Peruzzi. Excellent service!! I purchased a used Dodge Journey from Peruzzi GMC. Dealing with the sales department was a very pleasurable experience. Not pushy, and no games. Used car purchases are always dicey, as they often don't have warrantees. Well, on the way home I noticed the car was shaking slightly at speed. Called our salesman Victor, and told him about the problem. He spoke to the service department, and had me bring the car in the next day. Not only did they take care of the problem quickly (for no charge), they even gave me a loaner! Charles in service was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely shop there when it is time for a new car. More

I brought my car in for a minor repair on an indentation on the drivers side door and a oil, lube and filter and they broke my windshield and caused the minor dent to become a full blown whole. They said they did not do any of the damage and said I brought it in that way. When I arrived at the dealership the car was fine, the service technician even did a walk around and said the car looked good. They ruined my new car and said they would not fix it. I had to call the police and file a complaint because I am going to have to take them to Court to get my car fixed. More
