My only complaint is that the waiting room is very cold, but since I remembered that, I brought a sweater. The service technician kept me posted on my service. More

It was very very clear that even a kid would understand it. I said I am not interested to purchase another vehicle. I was offered a price for my vehicle and was asked when can I come over. I was very hesitant to go over considering just a little over $100 difference than what a dealer in my area offered and I would have to travel over an hour. I tried to make arrangements but called in to check if I can go to another Peruzzi dealer near me (15miles) to bring the vehicle in. The Internet manager referred me to the General Manager and I was talking with him- his first question was what vehicle am I going to purchase or trade-in? Did he even read my email? - He was the one who offered me the price. He also said I wrote I wanted to trade-in ("bad word" him). The reason why he offered me a price was, apparently, I want to trade-in. This "bad word" general manager almost cost me to travel for more than an hour for nothing. Was it just a bait for me to come over? Way to earn a living and feed his family with how he earns it. Or may be he just completely misunderstood what I wrote - may be he just can't simply read and comprehend at the same time. Will never recommend this dealership. I am sorry for those other honest salespersons working with him. I know you know who I am. It only happened today, April 17, 2015. Was really disappointed. Hope nobody else has this same experience. I brought my car in for a minor repair on an indentation on the drivers side door and a oil, lube and filter and they broke my windshield and caused the minor dent to become a full blown whole. They said t on the drivers side door and a oil, lube and filter and they broke my windshield and caused the minor dent to become a full blown whole. They said they did not do any of the damage and said I brought it in that way. When I arrived at the dealership the car was fine, the service technician even did a walk around and said the car looked good. They ruined my new car and said they would not fix it. I had to call the police and file a complaint because I am going to have to take them to Court to get my car fixed. More
I bought a 2011 Challenger SRT8 online from this dealership. I received a carfax that showed the car was a clean 13,000 vehicle. When I went to take it in for some service work, I was told that the drive train warranty was void. When I talked to Chrysler they stated that it was on the dealership I bought the car from. When I talked to this dealership they said it was between me and Chrysler. The dealership had sold a car that has somewhat of a warranty and a clean Carfax. They felt they were honest. I owe $30,000 on this car that needs a $1500 rear end and a $3000 in transmission work. It has just under 30,000 miles. More
Another crappy service department. They over torqued the wheels so badly that they had to replace them. Then they scratched them up (chrome wheels) that they had to replace them again. Couldn't fix proble wheels so badly that they had to replace them. Then they scratched them up (chrome wheels) that they had to replace them again. Couldn't fix problems on one try...very annoying to deal with.

I had problems with knocking on my car. There was a TSB and the refused to look at it. They had a mechanic get a cold car sitting on the lot and race the engine and claim all of these cars knock and that they are designed to do that. They think people are idiots (I guess there are enough idiots out there because they seem to get away with BS excuses) More
