My wife and I both got the impression that if we didn't want to walk up and buy a car within a couple minutes, they were too busy to deal with us. Bob Schwartz Ford was a lot different. We were looking for a car for my daughter. We had a car in mind on their lot. We went out to look at it and were treated very well. The next day I called Dana and asked about another car on the lot. He had an employee bring the car off his lot to my workplace and trade out cars for us to drive. After we drove that car to lunch and decided to look at another car, we went out and he let us take the second car for a drive and offered to let us keep it overnight. We decided to buy the Ford Fusion. There were a couple of small issues with the car. It had a few small spots that were in need of touchup paint and a piece of trim on the seat was a little loose. He agreed to fix them both and with a HANDSHAKE we were told the car would be ready for us the next day. Try that at other places. After we picked up the car and my daughter had driven it for a week she noticed the fan on the heater made a little bit of a chirping noise. When we took it in for them to fix the paint and seat I mentioned the fan noise. When I went in later to pick up the car, they had touched up the paint nicely, they had ordered a new trim piece for the seat and installed it. They also went ahead and replaced the fan motor. When I asked what I owed for the fan motor, I was told they replaced it for free. They took the time to work with us before the sale. Made sure we had plenty of chances to test drive the cars and took care of us after the sale. Not something we have seen for a long, long time. I ended up buying another car off them about a month later. We were treated in the same manner before and during the sale. More
