Truly a pitiful 2nd experience, embarrassing even. Only been off the lot for 3weeks now. I understand people have their days, but to have your customer service rep quite literally laugh at you and make a j been off the lot for 3weeks now. I understand people have their days, but to have your customer service rep quite literally laugh at you and make a joke out of you through text, and then on top of that tell you your $16,000 is insignificant when you are trying to work with them to fix a problem they made is unacceptable. I originally voted a 4* rating, and after that it quickly went down hill. I give credit when credit is due, and this time people should know what they could possibly be getting into with Steven in the long run. Thankful the dealership at least is fixing the issue. More

Upon arrival, we weren't sure what the outcome would be with trying to get a new vehicle. We were in a bad situation with our current one and there weren't any dealerships that could/would help. We ended up driving an hour and half away from Elkhart for a better result. Steven Miller did everything he could to get us in the vehicle we wanted and with an affordable price.
