Came in for a diagnostic check. Service department was unable to give me a complete diagnostic check of my vehicle. I’ve gotten diagnostic checks on other vehicles in the past by ot Service department was unable to give me a complete diagnostic check of my vehicle. I’ve gotten diagnostic checks on other vehicles in the past by other shops, and they always came back with a complete list of information. This time I was told that they couldn’t go on with the diagnostic unless a minor issue was corrected first. Overall it felt like a shakedown. This was my second encounter with VW of Perrysburg. The first time was for a simple programming of a key fob. After spending hours in the service department I finally received my key fob, only for it to malfunction and stop working 2 days later. Never again will I purchase a VW of any sort. More

I had a battery replaced. They did in the oil change area so no hookup to a computer to try and remove several lights on the dash.
