1. I'm not too impressed. A few times now the service department personnel and the sales persons don't have answers about my car. 2. I received a warning on my dash that my battery was low and needed department personnel and the sales persons don't have answers about my car. 2. I received a warning on my dash that my battery was low and needed to turn off accessory. Then I called and they said, oh, that's because you need to come in for your key fob that wasn't provided at the time of sale (4 months ago) because they now have the fobs. I took the car in, left it, got a call it was ready, picked it up and they told me the fob was in the cup holder - no fob. Whoops, sorry, we don't have the fobs, it's been ordered. Oh, and the warning light has nothing to do with the key fob. Apparently, if you only drive around town, the battery doesn't charge so I am at risk of the battery dying. Ugh!. More
The service is always wonderful. Everyone is always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. 10K Service was completed, Brent is service department answered my questions and the young lady from offices assisted with my questions on SCOUT SYSTEM, I have since used it and had no problems. Regardin answered my questions and the young lady from offices assisted with my questions on SCOUT SYSTEM, I have since used it and had no problems. Regarding pick up and delivery, none was offered. As a widow, I always need to get a ride from a neighbor to pick up and drop off my vehicle. That would be a much appreciated service. The loaned bicycle looks like fun but peddling out West Line at 80 dampens my interest in trying that. More

When I arrived for a minor repair to my Tacoma, Bryant, at the service desk, greeted me by name and quickly entered the information for my visit into his computer. In the waiting room while I was waiting at the service desk, greeted me by name and quickly entered the information for my visit into his computer. In the waiting room while I was waiting for the repair, salesman Chuck saw me and made a point of having a brief but friendly conversation. Both of those gentlemen are very good at making a client feel welcomed and cared for at your dealership. More
