To clarify, we schedule check-in times for service vehicles, rather than specific appointment times, to help our shop run efficiently and service as many vehicles as possible throughout the day. For drop-off appointments, our general promise is to have the vehicle ready by 5:00 PM the same day. However, we’re always happy to accommodate earlier requests whenever possible.
