I could not have been more dissatisfied with my experience at Perry Motors. I went in for a recall only to find out after they had my vehicle for over 3 hours that I would need to come back another experience at Perry Motors. I went in for a recall only to find out after they had my vehicle for over 3 hours that I would need to come back another day because they ran out of the glue necessary to complete the recall. The agent who delivered this unfortunate message lacked the empathy necessary for the situation and clearly could not have cared less. I took time off work, changed my schedule, and wasted part of my day believing that Perry Motors was capable of fulfilling the work they agreed to do, when they agreed to do it. More
