I have had problems in the past with simple things like cracking the engine, cover and overfilling transmission fluid leaking out on the highway as I drove away. That was a few years ago to several years ago, but today my main issue is the software they use to tell a person what the status of their vehicle is in the shop and when it will be ready. Even though the vehicle this time was completely done the software generated a text message saying that it is now being inspected was suggested it was up on a lift ready to be worked on. Later the text message then finally said your vehicle is ready for pick up, but of course it was slow at the checkout to get my keys and pay the bill. Once upon a Time and I’ve been coming here for 30 years. You had people actually talking to you on the phone telling you that it’s ready or you get a phone message now you get this software, which is not that accurate at times. And I was upset because it was supposed to be done by 2 PM but the text message at 2 PM said that the vehicle is now being inspected. another time I got a message saying on a brick job I think can’t remember exactly that something needs your approval to that effect. It wasn’t a phone call. It was a text message once again. I was out on my bicycle several miles away from my rental car to drive into town and I barely made it into town before the place closed then I wouldn’t have gotten my vehicle until the following Monday. Actually nothing needed my approval and the vehicle was ready for pick up. when I tell the people the service checks that take your keys, etc., about the problems with this text messaging system, they tell me it’s a software issue and they can’t do anything about it. That is disturbing to me that no one seems to care to get the system working to where it actually tells you exactly what the situation is or better yet. Have a person call you, but in this world of artificial intelligence and conversion to computer system messaging it’s becoming less customer, friendly, and more of a pain in the neck and you’re not doing anything to make it better they keep saying they’re working on it but it’s been months since the last time I reported an issue I don’t think they’re working on anything. I don’t think anything is gonna change. Unfortunately, they’re the only Toyota dealer in town and I ain’t saying that the rest of the auto repair shops in town are any better More

I scheduled my car for an alignment 3 weeks in advance and told them that one of my tires had excessive wear, they didn't do the alignment and didn't have a tire in stock for me. Then they recommended me buying four new tires when these tires aren't even 6 months old this dealership is exactly like every other one and all they want is your money More
