I have come to Perry’s multiple times and have always had no complaints but this past visit I left feeling like I had just gotten completely ripped off. It's good work, but I just wish they were more accurate with their approximate wait times. Last few times they've taken nearly twice as long as stated, which is tough on a an already high strung, impatient with their approximate wait times. I brought it in to have them diagnose and fix a persistent rattling noise coming from the back seats. They charged me $140 for a diagnosis of “doesn’t seem to be anything the matter”.
