Service was absolutely outstanding, from the time of making the appointment to the service representative when I dropped off the car. They were on top of it in the office as a waited, even showed me a l making the appointment to the service representative when I dropped off the car. I can't say whether or not the service or work is good because we decided to take our car home. I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla and for them to replace fuel injectors, coil and spark plugs was going to be $2 because we decided to take our car home. I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla and for them to replace fuel injectors, coil and spark plugs was going to be $2,400. This did not guarantee a fix. So, this was just to get us to a place where the parts my husband replaced (which they state were incorrect parts) were replaced with their parts and then we would go from there. I understand this is a dealership so work is expected to be higher but this was much higher than the price range we found at multiple sites. We did learn a valuable lesson. In trusting they were being honest, they stated all the parts my husband got were incorrect. Therefore, we will never order parts online again. Just go to NAPA or Auto Zone, get the higher end parts from them. The staff was very friendly at desk and very polite. It's just another place in Bishop that charges way too much. More

I have had mostly great services at this dealer with minimal issues that only came up during my last visit. Scheduling and communication are top tier at this dealer. I love receiving the videos after a service of my vehicle. Each time I have taken my truck in it is serviced and returned to me in a timely manner. My only complaint is from my most recent visit. For a Toyota care check up, I needed a new cabin air filter because it had mouse droppings on it. I requested that the old filter be disposed of and I would replace it on my own. When I picked up my truck, they had placed the cabin air filter with mouse droppings on my passenger side floorboard. I quickly discarded this item-but wish the tech had done so prior. Also, the latches for my air intake were left open as well. I noticed this as I opened my hood the same day to double check. Like I stated, other than these two small issues, I have had great experiences at this dealer & do not want to talk badly about them at all. I understand that with the holidays and lots of cars small instances like such are bound to happen. More
