Our whole transaction took place mostly via email. It went very smoothly and seamlessly. Nicole was great to work with and was prompt in her reply. I would recommend working with them. Called to schedule appointment (4800 miles). Soonest was over a week out. Upon my wife’s arrival the appointment wasn’t scheduled as a “customer will wait for vehicle”(5900 miles). So reschedul Soonest was over a week out. Upon my wife’s arrival the appointment wasn’t scheduled as a “customer will wait for vehicle”(5900 miles). So rescheduled a week out . Finally ended up with first service at 6800 miles. At completion of appointment, staff walked over to the waiting area and told wife “ your cars done” and went back to desk. Wife had to go over to desk to locate where car and keys were and if there was anything else needed. Overall communication was lacking and sub par. Shop/service group “whoever booked this appointment didn’t do it right” No trying to fix it just a “next available is this date”. Serious consideration given to if it would be easier to get the service competed at a different dealership. The whole point of buying locally from Perry’s was the ability to get service and repairs done locally for my wife while I’m working out of the area. So far the first service experience hast instilled a lot of faith in that hope. Hopefully the second service in a month or so will go better. More
