Made appointment for 8:30. Dropped off my car and the service technician asked when I wanted to pick up my car, I told him 3pm. Made arraignment to have someone drop me off at 3:30. The girl at the office could not find my keys went out to the shop to see. She comes back and tells me they have not started and that when you make an appointment at 8:30 am it will not be done until 5pm! So, there I am with no ride home and I need to wait another 2 hours for my car that they have had for 7 hours. No offer for a ride home, no sorry only it will be ready at 5pm. Next time I will make my appointment for 3pm and they will only have my car for 2 hours. The only reason there will be a next time is because this is a new car, and they give you two years of free service. Once that is over I will not be back. Terribile customer service. More

The last few times I have brought my car in, I made an appointment in advance which was honored. Brett (service manager) told me how long it would be (about 2 hours), and that was exactly what it was. No appointment in advance which was honored.
