Waited there until 11 am on a 815 apt they told me I needed to be on a waiting list. I had an appointment so why would I need a waiting list. They message me saying my car is done and I come back and it needed to be on a waiting list. I had an appointment so why would I need a waiting list. It doesn’t matter it’s just a small po dunk town which you guys don’t know anything better than bishop. I was born and raised in that town however get a system down this was ridiculous especially you guys don’t even do a oil change after 5k mi all you do is a tire rotation and fill up fluids? xxxx doesn’t happen anywhere else More

I always get great service and feel good about having maintenance done at the dealership as opposed to some random oil change place. That's why I pay the premium price. That being said, this trip to Perry Motors was less than perfect because when I booked my appointment online, I requested an oil change and tire rotation which was quoted at $120.88. When I arrived, the service advisor said - "Are you here for the 40,000 service" and I expressed my desire to have an oil change and tire rotation which is what I signed up for online. I was then quoted for the 40k service. That service includes the following: Included Services Service - 40,000 Miles or 48 Months Rotate Tires Replace Engine Oil and Oil Filter Reset Oil Replacement Reminder Visually Inspect Brake Linings/Drums and Brake Pads/Discs Check Installation of Driver's Floor Mat Inspect and Adjust All Fluid Levels Inspect Wiper Blades I appreciate my vehicle getting the extra inspections, but that wasn't what I requested as I can do those things myself and not paying an extra $50+ is what I signed up for online. Thanks for taking good care of my vehicle - but working in extra costs is a bit of a bummer for me since it's easy to find someone who will do an oil change for half the cost. More
