I bought my car brand new in 2021 and have been taking it to Perry every 5k miles for service. My car now has 25k miles on it and the tires are completely shot. The inside of the tire has worn much faster than the outside meaning it has needed an alignment. No one has mentioned anything to me about it until I noticed myself. My tires also have rot (very noticeable cracking between the tread) and instead of offering to replace them they informed me I would need to take it up with Dunlop. The uneven wear is not normal and neither is the cracking but they said “sorry this is normal wear and tear” and basically wrote me off. Very disappointing after spending 40k on a brand new car at Perry. More

I like that Perry Motors has upgraded its website for scheduling appointments - I was able to schedule my maintenance appointment without any glitches. they do good work, but I left vehicle at 8:15 appointment for basic maintenance service and then heard nothing. I called the next day, it took them a full 10 minutes to find the vehicle and then let me know for basic maintenance service and then heard nothing. My nighttime call to Perry was miserable, having a special question answered and given 15 seconds to state it. As for turning in the car, everything happened swiftly and without issues, so that's five special question answered and given 15 seconds to state it.
