Nice service center Would like it if I could get an appointment sooner. Many times I’m due but have to wait weeks to get in. I’m never sure how many miles I will have by then. For such a well staffed dealership I am perplexed by my recent experiences. I normally stay and wait while my car is in the shop but recent changes have driven me away. Now I have to walk almost an hour ea recent experiences. I normally stay and wait while my car is in the shop but recent changes have driven me away. Now I have to walk almost an hour each way. It’s awkward to check my car in to the shop then go into the lobby only to have to check in again. Can’t your staff communicate with each other who is in and what’s being done? Shouldn’t that be in the system? It’s bizarre given the amount of AI technology you utilize. I LOVE the ladies at the reception desk. They are personable and attentive. The service writers are impersonal, but professional. The videos of the service are a nice touch. Although there’s a disconnect upon discovery of issues and touching bases with customers. While the video footage is nice for confirmation, I find the texting to be rather impersonal and because more times than not the texts are unimportant and annoying so I ignore them. Maybe it’s just me, but if it’s important or there’s a problem, you’d call, or well, at least you used to. Usually I drive away feeling safe and that I got GREAT service. I drove away with newly discovered issues, with no plan in place to resolve those issues knowing that it’ll take more than a month to get another appointment. My car is more unsafe now than when I arrived. My experiences keep getting worse. More
