Don't trust them! they are dishonest! Brought my car to be painted, and had to bring it back in again as they missed a spot. Then it cost me $275 for a rental from Her they are dishonest! Mike barnes was my dealer , when i walked in he was very nice and helpful . i bought a used car , it had a cracked windshield and i was told nothing else was wrong and in a couple of days it would be replac nice and helpful . i bought a used car , it had a cracked windshield and i was told nothing else was wrong and in a couple of days it would be replaced, after 2 weeks it was still the same , so when i took the half the deposit i told him i would pay for the windshield and give the leftover money , 2 days later it was replaced . i told him their was several small stuff wrong with the car , the day i took the car one of the break light was not working so i fixed it , 2 of the inside lights were out and the license plate one , the switch for the window was broken , the windshield fluid hose was broke , one of the alarm remote did not work , and i did not get the key to remove the rim . when i dropped off the last of the deposit i was told he would make a appointment with the parts to get it fixed , 2 months latter still no call . i will never go again . Cassidy was the first salesman i met there. He was the nicest guy. Very careful and patient and not pushy. I got a 4 year old car in nearly perfect condition. Bottom line was that my payments were about $60 a month less than the payments on my Kia, which I traded in.. I have heard that Ford vehicles have greatly improved since about 2010, and now Fords are dependable and very affordable.. More
This dealership is the ONLY Ford dealer in the country to add a $3,000 mark up on all of their F-150 trucks, when things opened up after the pandemic. Now that all of the other dealerships are out of invent add a $3,000 mark up on all of their F-150 trucks, when things opened up after the pandemic. Now that all of the other dealerships are out of inventory, because of the shortage, they think that people will now be desperate enough to pay the extra money. Not only that, after hours of asking about using my employee discount, they finally told me that they are not honoring any discounts because....they don't have to. I also filed a complaint with Ford Customer Service. They were dismayed that one of their agents was engaging in "price-gouging" as they put it, however, since all dealerships are independently owned, there was nothing that they could do about it. More
This dealership has been the most frustrating buying experience I’ve ever had. They advertised my vehicle on their dealer site for one price but I found out that they were charging me almost $2000 more experience I’ve ever had. They advertised my vehicle on their dealer site for one price but I found out that they were charging me almost $2000 more than the ticket price. Jim Johnson and Chang were the sales people. Please stay away from this dealership they will not treat you fairly or try to rectify any issues that you experience. We went in to them to a buy a vehicle at the advertising price and end up being charged nearly 2,000 mor than the listed price. We were victims of not reading the small print and In stead of making sure you understand the technical wording and give you the best deal they want you to not know and take advantage of you. They had 4 vehicles that were all the same make and model and 3 of them were the same price give or take a hundred dollars and the 3rd vehicle was almost 2,000 more, this is the one they sold me under the assumption we were getting the same price. They will prey on the inexperienced buyer. They have no integrity with their customers. More
If I could leave no stars that would be what this dealership deserves. Went in this weekend to look at and drive a car on their lot. I waited patiently for 15 minutes while he sat at his desk to help someone else. Then a manager came over and asked if I was being helped. I said yes, that I was waiting for Jim. Well, I waited for Jim another 10 minutes, and then I saw him walk out to the car lot to help someone else! Thanks for wasting my time Perry Ford! In total I counted 6 salesmen on the floor inside and 2 more outside. You’re not getting my business and I’ll be happy to buy a car elsewhere. Also to note for any women doing business at this dealership...it wreaks of toxic masculinity. Beware. More

I've been a service customer with Perry Ford Lincoln for some time now and just bought a 2020 F-150 from them last weekend. They made sure that I got the right truck for my needs, helped me get all the poss some time now and just bought a 2020 F-150 from them last weekend. They made sure that I got the right truck for my needs, helped me get all the possible rebates offered and made the car buying experience hassle free. Harvey knows the business and knows how to treat people right. I love my new truck! More
Poor, late (weeks late), untruthful service department. I purchased a new car from Perry in 2017. Their sales department is superior and I'm sad they're with such a horrible service group. I'd ride 200 mi I purchased a new car from Perry in 2017. Their sales department is superior and I'm sad they're with such a horrible service group. I'd ride 200 mi and spend a night somewhere else to avoid even adjusting my windshield wipers at Perry's. I'm still unsure if the work listed on the invoice given me by Perry was truly completed. I've purchased several vehicles from Perry in the past, find their sales department great to deal with, but would not purchase there again due to their service department. Again, one star because I can't award less. More
