When taking delivery, Steve explained everything and ensured we knew the features of our new car. Additionally, he offered that he is there any day and that we can come back to ask him any questions we may have about using different features or call him. Furthermore, we were at the dealership after closing and while we were adjusting the settings of the new car, transferring things to prepare to drive home, Steve approached us and asked if we were ok and if we would like him to stay until we were finished. That customer service, compassion and kindness just doesn't exist anymore; however, it's alive and well at Perrine.
