I declined what they offer and told them it’s fine if they can’t do what I was asking but I’m not doing this new offer and will either come back later or look elsewhere. Manager became super aggressive for some reason like i slighted him for not taking his deal and started making rude comments. Awful service from apparently “professional” salesmen. No wonder hardly any customers are there. More

It took a while but I feel that Robert and the manager fought hard for me to leave a satisfied customer. When I got home I realized the Box Link system was missing from the accessories. I contacted Robert, he immediately placed them on order and within 2 day drove them to my house… an hour away! This experience was genuinely a pleasure and I’d come back in the future for sure. More
