Rather than follow up with him again, I reached out to another salesman. That must’ve been mentioned internally, because Chad suddenly started texting me again—defensive, aggressive, and dismissive. He repeatedly pushed me to “just come in,” ignored my preferred communication method, and tried to tell me how I should shop for a car. When I told him to stop contacting me, he kept going. Even after I clearly stated I wasn’t interested and cited harassment laws, he sent one final message with attitude before finally backing off. Permian Nissan lost my business over what should’ve been a basic interaction. If you value professionalism and respectful communication, I strongly suggest working with someone else—or going elsewhere entirely. More
