We went into the dealership knowing what we were looking for, a Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. We were met promptly by Scott, who was very friendly, even though we told him we were "just looking". He immediately offered to have a search done for the exact truck we wanted. He came back with three trucks and their descriptions and let us look over the packages and prices. Jeff did an excellent job helping us complete the financing with an awesome rate and an incredible payment. Perkins is very military friendly, unlike other dealerships who want to charge as much as possible because they know we get paid regularly. The warranty packages were explained in detail and we were guided through the ones we actually needed and not pressured with the waste of money ones. It was an overall excellent experience. I've been looking for a good used SUV for quite some time. I took my Neon in for service and there was the 4Runner I've been looking for. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was just great. Rich Cruz was referred to me by a coworker. My daughter was looking for a used car at a good price, but at the same time in good condition and of good quality. Mr. Rich Cruz is the man!!! I was looking for a practical car that wasn't a calamity like my 97 Nissan Pickup was, after hours of comparing cars I saw Perkins had the Impala and...my practical dream car (by car that wasn't a calamity like my 97 Nissan Pickup was, after hours of comparing cars I saw Perkins had the Impala and...my practical dream car (by practical I mean not Lamborghini or Aston Martin) and it was a Chevy Cobalt SS produced under the year 2007 (I was not interested in any car built past 2007). We went to the dealership where Rich was gracious in his approach, not overstepping any boundaries or feeding us false facts. Better yet Rich did everything he could to get me in a 2005 Chevy Cobalt SS Supercharged. Rich is my man because he isn't rude, but he is about business and the fire he lit under my bottom to get me something I wanted was admirable. He called me with pointers on getting financed, working around my girlfriend's and my schedules, and keeping me in the know 24/7. He even went as far as offering us his car to my girlfriend so she could run to her meetings while my Cobalt was being serviced and I had to go back to work. I won't name other dealerships but they don't compare to the service and atmosphere of Perkins. Rich has earned a place in my business concerning automobiles, and I intend to make him the first man I see when looking for a new car again. Rich even contacted me about things to make the car cheaper!!! Rich is a great man and I thank him sincerely for being 100% authentic in the scary world of buying a vehicle.
