Frank was exceptionally helpful in our adventure to buy a car with/for our daughter. Upon arrival, he came out and offered to help, quickly finding the car we had seen on the internet, he walked us through car with/for our daughter. We then took the car for a spin and as we liked it we explained that our daughter would be the one to decide and buy the car. We left, but with reservations, because we were afraid the car would be sold by the next day. While on the road, we called Frank and he explained what we could do to keep the car. We returned and worked out the price with Frank and the next day we came back with our daughter who loved the car and bought it. Frank was helpful, cooperative and friendly throughout the experience. It was a great pleasure to work with Frank, he was down to earth and did not pressure us, it felt like a relaxed environment. More
