My experience at Joe Ferguson was so horrible I almost stopped looking for a new vehicle. Thankfully Chad and Scott walked me through the process, explained how everything was going to work. Never once did they make me feel inferior or incapable of buying a car because off my gender. They even stayed until well after close to show me how to properly work each item on the car, thank you Scott for restoring my faith in the car buying process and not being a typical “car salesman.” More
A GREAT Car-Buying Experience! My initial contact with Perkins Motors was when I called to inquire about the Jeep Cherokee and spoke with Gary Arnold (Internet sales). Gary was ext My initial contact with Perkins Motors was when I called to inquire about the Jeep Cherokee and spoke with Gary Arnold (Internet sales). Gary was extremely attentive and helpful, and set me up for an in-person visit. When I arrived at the Perkins dealership, I was greeted warmly by sales consultant Mike Ryan, who guided and accompanied me to Gary's office. It was a pleasure meeting Gary, but as I was not an Internet customer, Mike took over for the rest of my car-buying experience. Mike took excellent care of me, immediately arranging for an appraisal of my trade-in, finding out what I was looking for, and searching via computer for a Cherokee that met my desires. He also took me to the lot so that I could see the Cherokees first hand, sit in the models that interested me, and, if I desired, take one for a test drive. Mike was very knowledgeable about the Cherokee, answered all my questions, and was obviously concerned that I got a car that suited me. Once we had settled on the model and options, Mike went to work to locate the right car (there was one at another dealership about an hour away) and ensure I got a very good price. I was happy both with the new car and with the amount I was offered for my trade-in (the appraisal, by the way, was done quickly, efficiently, and fairly). Once we had agreed on the whole deal, Randy Lucas, in finance, took over for the paperwork and legal portion. Randy was personable and professional. We got through the paperwork quickly, and Randy was able to thoroughly answer my questions. Following this, I went to the Parts Department to purchase special mats and mud flaps for the car, while Mike took my new vehicle to ensure it had a full tank of gas. Rob Saleny in Parts continued to provide outstanding customer service, quickly locating the mats that were in stock and ordering the ones that weren't. When Mike brought my now full Cherokee back, Rob brought the mats out to my new car and personally replaced the existing mats, storing the old mats in the cargo area. Every facet of my car-buying experience at Perkins Motors was a pleasure. I never felt pressured or hurried; on the contrary, I felt that Mike Ryan and his colleagues were chiefly concerned that I got the car that was right for me at a fair price. I would not hesitate to purchase other cars at this dealership, and I will most certainly recommend Perkins Motors to my family and friends. More

I didn't need to see any other vehicle, and they didn't make me. They listened to what I wanted, and proceeded to move the process along. I was researching vehicles that were in my price range, and was able to select a used car that was well priced. The Vehicle was in great condition, just as it was displayed on their website. They had ample pictures on the website that clearly showed me all the features on the car, before I had even seen it. They had a well laid out website that gave me the information about the employees that worked there, and how the company operated. It also gave me options to compare what certain makes and models cost. In the end I left with a good feeling about the transaction, the deal was good, was able to pick up warranties for my vehicle and could clearly see the benefits of some. David Carr helped me when I arrived, and brought the car I wanted around very quickly. He was a nice guy and gave me a fair price for my trade in, asked me if I was thirsty, was patient with me as a I relearned a clutch during the test drive. I had a excellent experience, and down the road intend to do my car shopping with Perkins. More

Simon, had all the answers and we left with a shiny new 2014 Jeep JKU Rubicon. Overall it was a plesant experience. The parts department was also helpfull with getting floor mats to help protect my new carpet. I have use Perkins in the past to do repair work on a truck that I purchased used in Lousiana. The service department identified took a while to identify and then correct the problem which likely saved the truck from being a total loss. More
