First and foremost, I purchased a new 2006 Saab 9-3T from this dealer in April '06. The car is terrible- I guess GM's got ahold of it and turned it into a piece of sh**. Secondly, Performance Saab of Houston is the absolute worst dealership I have ever delt with. They were fine up until I signed the lease papers (go figure...), but the service department is abismal. I have had problems with the car from the moment i bought it... from loud rattles they told me to get over....to the doors locking and car alarm going off randomly while driving which they said they could find nothing wrong....to the manual transmission slipping out of 5th gear randomly which they told me I must not know how to drive the car.... to the stability control system failing. Don't buy the car, but more important DON"T BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER. They are ignorant, rude, and don't do things right the first time. They treat you like you are a burden to them. More
