Performance Porsche

I recently brought my Porsche Cayman S in for routine servicing. I was Assisted by Mr. Andy Mercs, Porsche Service Advisor. I have interacted with Andy several times over the past few years for routine service appointments and I have always found him to be very cordial, extremely helpful and always the consummate professional. I maintain a pretty busy work schedule but Andy was able to accommodate me even on short notice. During this servicing it was found that I needed two new back tires. After the tires were mounted on the car Andy then took the time to explain some important facts that I needed to know about driving at higher speeds and in the rain with new tires. This attention to detail and how it relates to customer safety is very admirable. It is obvious that Andy enjoys his job very much and strives for total customer satisfaction.
