Best Salesman and Dealer in Southern Florida I needed a car but was not sure what would fit my needs. I already had looked at other makes and models at other dealers but felt uncomfortable at eve I needed a car but was not sure what would fit my needs. I already had looked at other makes and models at other dealers but felt uncomfortable at every car mill I went to high pressure and got the impression that the others dealers just wanted to sell anything to me and could not care less if the car fit my needs. On the way home it was late on a Saturday evening and I saw Performance Nissan. I pulled in to look at Nissan because I owned them in the Past I was greater by Erik Namm best car Salesman I have seen in 20 years. I told him I was looking at another make and model and was just looking this Salesman reminded me the way my Dad used to buy cars 40 years ago. Erik asked me questions to help me find what products he sold to help me find a car that fit. I started looking at cars but the more he asked me about my needs and lifestyle and after we test drove a few cars Erik Name said to me have a ever seen or driven a Rouge. I said funny my wife and friend at golf course that morning said I should get a crossover Erik educated me on the Rouge I test drove it. I told Eric I just wanted pricing on an Altima and a Rouge because I needed to talk to my wife to get her approval. I told Eric I was not buying that day. Eric got me a price on both and said no obligation to buy. It was fantastic he was to his manager and back right away with prices Eric said he could get me in the Rouge within my budget he even upgraded me into the newer Rouge at a higher MSN then I was willing to pay for a car. I told him I needed to talk to my wife first he waited and said he would keep dealership open till I talked to her. I was impressed I said OK and he keep dealership open on a Saturday night till I got ahold of my wife to see if car fit with her also all I could do was tell my wife how Eric found the perfect vehicle for us and Eric and I made the deal on a handshake no papers no pressure I even told Eric I can not even buy a vehicle till Thursday or Friday because I had a busy schedule. I received no pressure from Eric he said we have a deal on our handshake call him when I want to pick up the car. Long story short I told Eric I will pick up the Rouge on Friday when I got to dealership my car was detailed filled with gas and ready and the deal we made by handshake was exactly what we agreed to. Eric showed me how everything worked on the Rouge again and he had me in and out of Performance Nissan within an hour in my new Rouge. This is the way cars used to be sold before car Mills. This dealership and especially the Salesman Eric Name knew how to sell cars the old fashion way with no pressure, deal with Salesman only one on one, and make a deal with a handshake. This is the way to buy a car. Eric and his dealership have my business for life. Even after I got the car home Erik showed he really cared that he sold me the right car and called me to make sure I like the Rouge. There were many other small but important things Eric did that showed he really wanted me to have a vehicle that fit my needs and not just sell me anything. Eric Name was a fantastic Salesman he knew his products and he got to know his customer and especially took the time to know his customer and knew how to sell his customer the right vehicle the way the customer wanted to complete the purchase the same way my father used to buy his cars years ago. Anytime my father wanted a new car he would call his Salesman at his dealership and do business by a handshake that Salesman and dealership had a repeat customer for life and now I feel I have a Salesman and dealership for life also. Best car buying experience of any dealership I have seen in Southern Florida and the Rouge is perfect for me fits my needs perfect and if it was not for Eric I would have never even looked at a Rouge this is how car buying should be and still is with Erik Name at Performance Nissan More

In the future I plan to buy again a Nissan, more than likely in three years and hope to find the same kind of support and professional comforting atmosphere which has made this a pleasant experience. I had to work with a limited budget and Doug steered me to a certified pre-owned Altima. This car was like new and had all the features I wanted.
