I just recently bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima and David was amazing with assisting me in making the decision. He was very knowledgeable about the car and he listened to me and met every need that I was looking for in a new car. The only problem I experienced was during the pay off balance of the car I traded Nissan was slow about paying it and processing the information. This in turned caused an over draft in my bill paying account and I was really pissed. I am still in the process of handling the situation (20 days later) but Victor has been a great help in listening to my concerns and moving expeditiously to address those concerns. Thank you so much for a great experience but please be more expedient when it comes to handling your financial part. More
