Bad experience with service department!! I ( husband) was out of town for a week, ON 7/1 my wife called me and told me that the car didn't start so I told her to call AAA and have the Nissan I ( husband) was out of town for a week, ON 7/1 my wife called me and told me that the car didn't start so I told her to call AAA and have the Nissan towed to Performance Nissan dealer. She wasn't sure why the car didn't start maybe battery or starter, at the dealer she told them the problem. they called next day and told her that the car was ready to pick up $134.09 after picking up the car she called me and told me that was the battery and everything was ok. On 7/4 4th of July in the way to a friends house I (husband) stop a puplix to pick up something and got back to the car with the wife and the car didn't start again. My wife told me that's the same thing that happend 3 days ago. So I asked her you got the new battery I don't understand why we called again AAA on the arrival I told the driver that she gotten a new battery and I didn't understand why the same problem, the driver went to look under the hood and he said that's not a new battery, this battery is a year old but he found the cables connecting to the battery all loose and the battery loose he showed me the screws and bolts all loose and told me that's what was causing the car not to start "bad connection" he tight all the cables and bolts to lock battery on place and car start with no problem. When I got home I look at the receipt from Performance Nissan and saw that I was charge for nothing!!! No new battery "found dome light on" really? $134.09 and you neglect to see that the cables and battery was loose? My wife will never go to this dealer again!!! The battery wasn't need to charge it was just the loose cables!!! Called the service mgr Chacho Lavastida left msg and never got a call back More
