Took my car to have the front end damage repaired. Dropped it off in November and picked it up in June. The work looks horrible. The parks don’t lineup and the paint color is way off! And now my interior is covered in black grease from where they replaced the airbags and they won’t do anything to correct the problem. The work is so bad that they agreed for me not to pay the full price that we agreed on. But now it’s costing me double at another body shop to get all the work corrected. Don’t waste your money with this Dealer / body shop. More
I will NEVER return back to this dealership again. The salesman tries to sale someone old dirt xxx truck. It was not clean could not test drive it cause of the brakes. Another salesman was showing that same dirty truck to another customer and they took it for a test drive. Shady business. They pulled my credit and I told Brandon the my score was low but he assured me that they could assist me with getting a automobile. I had more money down then what I told them cause I had a bad experience with them previously. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! More

Took my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder in on 11/02/2021 with a check engine light and was told that they need to do a diagnostic check to see the issue. After checks were supposedly done by them I was quoted near check engine light and was told that they need to do a diagnostic check to see the issue. After checks were supposedly done by them I was quoted nearly $1,000.00 to replace a sensor that they claimed was bad. They told me the sensor was replaced and the vehicle was ready to go. When I paid and picked up the car, the check engine light was still on and the vehicle was worse than how I dropped it off. Left the vehicle at the dealership and came back the next morning to see if they would look at it and fix the problem but instead of trying to remedy the issue they totally ignored me. I requested a refund on my payment and they flatly refused to do so. I was told by the service manager (Brian) that they have to wait on the original mechanic/tech that worked on the vehicle and he is not in to even look at it now. The customer service and work done at this dealership is terrible and reprehensible. They claimed they tried to fix the vehicle again and called me today(11/3/2021) to tell me that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I enquired about them fixing the vehicle and was told that there is sludge in the engine and they cannot fix it even after charging me to change a part and repair an issue that they clearly have NOT done. Totally dishonest and the worst experience I had at a car dealership. More
Leased a 2021 Rogue from here. Needed to be serviced four times within four months. I finally ended up going to a different dealership to get the service needed, After the third trip to Performance Nissan, f times within four months. I finally ended up going to a different dealership to get the service needed, After the third trip to Performance Nissan, for a foul odor (I was told the smell would “burn off “) that was coming from the car, the Reverse would not engage; Park, Drive, and Neutral all continued to work, Brian, the service manager, claimed it was because a sugary, sticky drink was spilled all over the shift assembly. Went to a different dealership, about the odor, and when they stripped the car down to the skeleton, they found no evidence of anything being spilled within or around the counsel. I have asked Nissan to please disassemble the shifter to see what caused just the reverse not to work. So far, they have refused and will not explain why. Perhaps because they know they are wrong? Perhaps because they do not care about customer service or xxxxxx people for money? This experience is the worst and I hope I can keep others from suffering as I have. More
