Victor, you inquired on the 2023 GTR which as you stated in the phone call is a very rare car that not many dealerships have. We have the actual phone recording with our sales member and he never once said the vehicle was being sold at MSRP. You said you were interested in a specific GTR and should you come in for an appointment or talk over the phone. We then let you know it is better to come in so you made an appointment. You are just upset that you did not get what you wanted and now are going on every form of review to leave us the same review. Talk about "dishonesty". This review has been reported and we are sending the phone recording as proof. We are family owned and operated and are fair and honest. It would be greatly appreciated if you removed all of the reviews you are leaving as they are not honest at all.

You have the recording, so you know I asked if there was an upcharge and was told there wasn't. You could have avoided all of this is if you had just said it over the phone. I wouldn't have had my time wasted driving down there and you wouldn't have a bad review.

Before you even did the diagnostic we told you that since you have been taking your 2013 Pathfinder to an independent mechanic there was going to be a lot of sensors going off because they use aftermarket parts and not Nissan parts. We explained EVERYTHING to you before you even came in and set the appointment. You agreed to still come in. Of course since it is a 2013 there were many sensors that went off and maintenance needed done. You had a 45 minute conversation with our service manager and he again explained everything to you. After further looking into your vehicle there was sludge in the engine due to lack of maintenance. We told you ahead of time this may not be the solution to the problem since three sensors went off. You asked us to continue with the service. Your 2013 Pathfinder has not been properly maintained which is why there are all these sensors going off. We advised you IN THE BEGINNING since you are not currently working to not even spend money on the diagnostic because of this exact reason.

Jennifer- We tried over and over again to help you given the situation. Something was spilled in your car and Nissan would not cover it under warranty because of that. We tried VERY hard to get them to but at some point our hands are tied. I do not understand how you feel it is ok to even write this kind of review after the effort we put into helping you. Very disheartening. I really hope this other dealership has better luck getting the smell out of your car. We went above and beyond for you and would really encourage you to remove this review because of that.
