When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were passed off to Nick Hoats (the Internet rep is physically elsewhere) who finished up the deal for us. There was a very minor burble at the Finance desk which was resolved quickly and amicably and off we drove in our new truck. Certainly the dealership made a reasonable profit and I got a very nice deal on an end-of-model-year vehicle so everybody has reason to be satisfied. More

Great experience with Mike Balek I went into Performance Nissan with poor credit, $1000, and a low budget. I was greeted by Mike Balek, and told him my situation. He worked hard to get an understanding of what i was looking for and why. After crunching all numbers, he showed me a beautiful black Malibu that i fell in love with instantly. With the help of the pre owned manager, Mike arrived at a bottom lone that i was not interested in. I told him my concerns about the requiered down payment, monthy cost, and warranty. He and the pre owned manager came back to me 10 minutes later with the exact deal that i wanted. Down payment, warranty, monthly cost. Everything! I could not be more happy with the service and vehicle i recieved, and i look forward to buying my next car from Mike Balek! He is a straight shooter who knows how to keep a meaningful conversation rolling when the dealership is conducting its procedures, and has great industry knowledge.
