The dealership was already aware of the car we wanted, and went out of their way to make sure the exact Model, Color, and Style was there for us. When we got there the car was ready for us. Tyler was our sales associate and he made us feel so comfortable and secure. His knowledge of the car we were going to buy surpassed our expectations. He didn't feel like a sales associate at all, pressuring us into anything, he actually felt like a friend and made me like the car even more. Tyler explained in full detail every inch of he car and he was so helpful. Since we purchased our Nissan Pathfinder, I have dealt with Tyler twice on the phone and he embodies customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend Performance Nissan to anyone, and especially Tyler. This is the 4th car I have purchased, and with the help of Tyler, it was by far the best experience we have ever had. More

Excellent Service I visited this dealership due to the fact that my existing lease on an Altima was going to end. I had a bad experience with the original dealer I went through so I decided to try a different dealership. I met with Matthew Ohiomoje, who was pleasant and very helpful, based on my requirements. He introduced me to Bobby Sepentini and within 5 - 10 minutes a fair deal was made. I came back the next day with my wife and completed the lease. It was a pleasure to have a quote provided and the dealership perform..... Very good experience, Matthew did everything he could to please my wife and me and he did. More

I've purchased many new cars over the last 28 years, but I've never experienced such a stress free purchasing process as I had with Tyler. I actually enjoyed the experience. He was just so straight forward and direct...none of that "sales dancing" around that we all hate. Great back and forth communication between us...the deal was done in an hour! Super attention to detail - - Tyler handled every question quickly and to my complete satisfaction until I was driving away. Also, he knew every aspect of my new Rogue and patiently walked me through every possible feature - - no other salesmen ever did that for me. Finally, Tyler followed up after the sale to check if there was anything further that he could do for me...that's superb customer service. Overall, it was a "5 star experience!" More

I HAD REMOVED ALL MY THINGS FROM THE CAR THURSDAY FOR THE TIME BECAUSE THEY HAD SENT ME HOME WITH THEIR VEHICLE . I KNEW I COULD GET MY ITEMS THE NEXT DAY..I THEN WAS TOLD TO COME BACK FRIDAY SO I DID AT LUNCH IF ANYTHING ELSE. THEN SAID COME BACK SATURDAY WHEN I GET THERE SATURDAY IT IS A WHOLE NEW STORY NOW WE ARE BACK TO LEASING BECAUSE I MENTIONED I COULD REFINANCE AFTER 1 PAYMENT I AM SURE AND WAS TOLD MY CAR WAS GONE AND COULD NOT GET MY THINGS . NEVER SHOWED ME THE CONTRACT UNTIL I WENT IN THE FINANCE ROOM AND THAT IS A WHOLE OTHER STORY BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EMAILED BOBBY 3 X WITH NO RESPONSE THEN HE WANTED ME TO FILL THIS OUT NO COMMUNICATION JUST WATCHING OUT FOR THEIR ALMIGHTY $$$ WHICH I DO NOT SAY THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE MONEY JUST DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF 66 YR OLD WOMEN VERY BAD More

Dermionne Dieuveille said they would help, but then became totally nonresponsive to follow-up calls and Emails to bring the car for cleanup. Escalation calls to management were also ignored. Six months later, still no response, and I am stuck with a horrible smelling car. Not sure which one is worse: • Being fooled into believing I was buying a clean car • Being totally ignored & duped by the organization not accepting accountability • Getting stuck with this very embarrassing, not to mention annoying stench that could be a health concern Several times, after being in my car, I have been asked if I am a smoker because the smell sticks to me. Hence my VERY DISAPOINTED review. More
