I purchased a vehicle from Performance Luxury Sport a couple of months ago, and what I was told—verbally and through listing materials—was that the car was in clean, excellent condition. Fast forward couple of months ago, and what I was told—verbally and through listing materials—was that the car was in clean, excellent condition. Fast forward to today: I took the car in to have professional paint protection film (PPF) installed, only to be told that the paint on the driver’s side mirror is peeling off with the film. According to the installer (a highly reputable shop), this is a clear sign of prior paintwork or body repair—the kind of issue that should absolutely have been disclosed at the time of sale. This was never mentioned. Not once. I was led to believe this car had no prior paint issues. Instead, it seems like I was sold a car with hidden damage under the illusion that it was in pristine condition. I reached out to the dealership to ask for answers and accountability. As of now, no resolution has been offered. If you're considering buying from Performance Luxury Sport, I strongly recommend getting a third-party inspection before signing anything. Don’t take their word for it when they say the car is clean or hasn’t had work done. Apparently, their definition of “clean” doesn’t include full disclosure. I’m now left dealing with damage that shouldn't exist—and certainly shouldn't be my responsibility after paying for what was advertised as a high-quality, well-maintained vehicle. Very disappointed, and strongly considering filing a BBB complaint. Buy with caution. More
Long story short, I am 45 days in, I still don’t have a title to make it legal to register and drive in my state. They can’t even provide me a copy to make it legal. The trade in has yet to be paid off eve title to make it legal to register and drive in my state. They can’t even provide me a copy to make it legal. The trade in has yet to be paid off even though I took delivery 6/22 of the Audi. Then after taking delivery I realized just how many things wrong it had that were never mentioned. Like the broken drivers side mirror that doesn’t go in or out properly, the blown rattling speakers in the doors, the broken self locking passenger door, the mangles rim that has been shredded on the exterior side from hitting curbs I assume, and a couple other little things. No one returns your calls, messages, or emails, So yes, here I am 45 days in with my trade not paid off, no title to register the car, on a waiting list for Audi to fix all the problems, and an expired temporary plate, rendering the car illegal to drive beginning tomorrow on 8/7. Honestly I'm pretty disappointed. I purchased a Ferrari F12 from them with very low miles. Unfortunately I trusted them to disclose any issues but when I received the car the dash cam I purchased a Ferrari F12 from them with very low miles. Unfortunately I trusted them to disclose any issues but when I received the car the dash came as shown. It had obviously lifted which I now knows is not to uncommon. I am having to spend 5000 to have the dash removed and repaired as I cant stand looking at it. Its also my fault for failing to go to the dealership and buying it sight unseen but the dealership should have disclosed the issues. Im tired of people being dishonest and Im going through More
