I recently had my vehicle repaired at Lexus RiverCenter Collision (Sidney, Customer Service) for some damage, that occurred in my garage, to both right-side doors. The did an excellent job, but when I picked up my vehicle, the parking assist didn't seem to be working correctly. They checked it out and then referred me around the corner to Performance Lexus Rivercenter, where I normally have my car serviced. I had to bring it in the same day three times (I live only a couple miles away). Each time they had to make some adjustments and show me a few things. The most dishonest people I ever met. Whole experience was horrific. Tried to charge $500.00 for parts never installed. Constantly kept changing the price. Lied for 2 hours. I tried the complimentary service for the month and I felt like a queen. They were there when they said that they would pick up my car from my job. They kept me informed as to what going via video.
