We are expecting our third child and needed to find a vehicle in our price range that will hold 3 children. My wife got taken to the cleaners by this dealer. She needed rear brakes which they overcharged her for ($200 to just put pad on?!) and didn't even machine the rotors. Plus they tried to sell her machin needed rear brakes which they overcharged her for ($200 to just put pad on?!) and didn't even machine the rotors. Plus they tried to sell her machining the front rotors for $175 - but they are NEW and in better shape than the rear ones AFTER Honda did the work. They also tried to sell her other needless work like new front struts etc. I went in to talk the them and the manager didn't acknowledge ANY of these issues. Don't take your car here unless you know EXACTLY what needs to be done and know what quality service looks like, because they sure don't - and will pull any/all tricks to over sell and cut corners... After a lengthy fight, they did agree to at least machine the rear rotors, but customers shouldn't have to deal with this - let alone at dealership prices. More
