I came into Kings Honda looking for a specific vehicle advertised on Cars.com but it had already been sold. Mark became for me the most accommodating and helpful car salesman with whom I have ever dealt. He gave me the opportunity to test drive vehicles of interest with no hassle and granted me the space I needed to evaluate, compare and decide. He should give lessons in car salesmanship. Kings Honda as a whole was accordingly helpful, accommodating and friendly. The mechanic with whom I conferred about the car I ended up buying was thorough and courteous, as was the service representative (Dennis) who received me post-sale for a couple of minor issues. There was a little snarl relative to the method of payment that I desired to use for the purchase but this was resolved without undue trouble within a day. There were a few minor oversights in the preparation of the car relative to the Honda Certified checklist that were discovered prior to the purchase and afterwards (missing valve stem caps, corroded battery terminals, missing interior fuse panel cover, spare tire under-inflated) but Kings Honda has been prompt to address these without controversy. I further, based upon their performance to date, would expect them to similarly address any other such issues in the future. The dealership showroom and customer accommodations were great; the availability of fine coffee and internet service in a clean, professional environment could make a man swear off designer coffee shops. Overall, my experience with Kings Honda was very good to excellent. I would highly recommend them to a friend. More

After shopping around, I walked into Kings and was greeted by Marcus Campbell. He was extremely helpful and answered my questions in a timely fashion. I wanted to make a deal and he made sure that it got done for me today. I am really pleased and will recommend Marcus and Kings to anyone I can. I am in sales and Marcus was professional, pleasant and very easy to work with. He went the extra mile to make sure that I got what I wanted. I never got that "ick" feeling that you someimes get working with sales people. Overall, I couldn't be happier and I really can not say enough about Marcus and this experience. We will be purchasing another vehicle within a few months and we will visit Marcus and Kings again at that time. More
Jenny was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was on time for my appointment. Jenny took all the information that I gave her verbally and also what I handed to her... she looked everything up on the comput for my appointment. She gave me an estimate and I was able to sit comfortably, drinking coffee in the waiting area - the wait was almost exactly what she told me... the charges came in under estimate... all work was complete... I was pleased that I did not need more work done and that Honda did not try to get me to do things that did not need to be done. Jackson worked on the car and I assume he did a good job. The AC was not working when I brought the car in and the wipers were a disaster - both were working when I left and the car just felt better and I had peace of mind that I did not need brakes at this time... all well well and I was in and out in 90 minutes... good job!!! More

Jason has provided outstanding service since I have owned my Odyssey. For example, I can recall one service experience involving my transmission. The transmision needed to be replaced. Jason called Honda and explained that I was a long time loyal customer. Honda agreed to cover the replacement of the transmission. This is just one of many examples of Jason taking care of the customer! More
