Jenny was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was on time for my appointment. Jenny took all the information that I gave her verbally and also what I handed to her... she looked everything up on the comput for my appointment. She gave me an estimate and I was able to sit comfortably, drinking coffee in the waiting area - the wait was almost exactly what she told me... the charges came in under estimate... all work was complete... I was pleased that I did not need more work done and that Honda did not try to get me to do things that did not need to be done. Jackson worked on the car and I assume he did a good job. The AC was not working when I brought the car in and the wipers were a disaster - both were working when I left and the car just felt better and I had peace of mind that I did not need brakes at this time... all well well and I was in and out in 90 minutes... good job!!!
