Terrible 1st (and only) experience at this dealership. I contacted them about a car I was interested in after looking at their online inventory. I was told the car was available and to come in and check it contacted them about a car I was interested in after looking at their online inventory. I was told the car was available and to come in and check it out. I went to the dealership a couple of hours later. I sat with a saleperson for 15 minutes wasting time looking up the value of my trade on auto-trader. He conceded that they would still do their own assessment so this was nothing but a waste of time. After being told that he was going to have my car looked at for trade, I walked around the lot looking for the car I inquired about. I didn't find the car but what I did find was my salesman hanging out by a dumpster in the back of the building with a couple of guys who were smoking. After about 30 more minutes of walking around aimlessly on the lot, I returned to the building and asked if someone could show me the car I called about. After reviewing their inventory sheets they came back and told me that car had already been sold. Classic bait-and-switch. It was quickly followed up with a "can we show you something else" I left the dealership. On my way home, I received a message from Mark stating he had a ridiculous offer for me on a comparable car. After two attempts to find out what the offer was, I gave up. While he never did get back to me on the offer, he did manage to send me another e-mail providing me with more information about the car that had already been sold, should I change my mind and want to buy it. That was pretty insulting. There were a couple of other minor issues as well but I don't want to 'pile on'. In fairness, it's a big dealership and my own situation may not be completely reflective of the dealership as a whole but I would still be cautious as a customer. More

Going to Kings Honda was the best decision. I had been to several dealerships prior to finding my Honda Element but none were as professional, nice, and willing to work with us as Kings Honda. I contacted Nathan regarding a 2004 Lexus IS 300 I saw online (autotrader.com). He told me it was still available, and was willing to work with me considering I needed to travel from Fort Worth TX to the online (autotrader.com). He told me it was still available, and was willing to work with me considering I needed to travel from Fort Worth TX to the dealership in Cincinnati to buy the car. I was fortunate enough to catch an early flight the next morning, and was able to text Nathan on my status. Thanks to Nathan and his manager Jonathan Koroschetz, I drove off the lot with the car that afternoon! I greatly appreciate the flexibility, efficiency, and professionalism both Nathan and Jonathan exhibited throughout the process. Thanks again guys! More

Not only was he extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but he spent an incredible amount of time with us and never once applied any pressure. Johnny showed me numerous cars and shared the benefits of each. He sincerely wanted to make sure that I made the right decision. Even when I came back to dealership the day AFTER I bought the car, he spent about 90 minutes with me explaining how to use the navigation system and and how to operate the phone, sound & cooling systems using voice commands. Johnny Combs was sensational to work with and he is the primary reason I rate this dealership so favorably. More
Badgered us with warranty nonsense, wouldn't take no for an answer. Purchased vehicle on 5/25, loan not sent to finance co. until 6/9. Vehicle priced $2000 or more over NADA. As to why, maybe adding the word why will make this thing take. More
