I went with the idea of purchasing a Fit later in the year. When I talked it over with Gulia, I went home and changed my mind. Russ went out of his way to drive about 30 miles to pick me up to take me back to the dealership. Once there, he surprised me with a banner (I am a return customer) on my new car. Everything went very smoothly and in a timely fashion. He matched the lease I called him with from another dealer. Terrible 1st (and only) experience at this dealership. I contacted them about a car I was interested in after looking at their online inventory. I was told the car was available and to come in and check it contacted them about a car I was interested in after looking at their online inventory. I was told the car was available and to come in and check it out. I went to the dealership a couple of hours later. I sat with a saleperson for 15 minutes wasting time looking up the value of my trade on auto-trader. He conceded that they would still do their own assessment so this was nothing but a waste of time. After being told that he was going to have my car looked at for trade, I walked around the lot looking for the car I inquired about. I didn't find the car but what I did find was my salesman hanging out by a dumpster in the back of the building with a couple of guys who were smoking. After about 30 more minutes of walking around aimlessly on the lot, I returned to the building and asked if someone could show me the car I called about. After reviewing their inventory sheets they came back and told me that car had already been sold. Classic bait-and-switch. It was quickly followed up with a "can we show you something else" I left the dealership. On my way home, I received a message from Mark stating he had a ridiculous offer for me on a comparable car. After two attempts to find out what the offer was, I gave up. While he never did get back to me on the offer, he did manage to send me another e-mail providing me with more information about the car that had already been sold, should I change my mind and want to buy it. That was pretty insulting. There were a couple of other minor issues as well but I don't want to 'pile on'. In fairness, it's a big dealership and my own situation may not be completely reflective of the dealership as a whole but I would still be cautious as a customer. More
