I just wanted to let you know that our experience at Kings Honda this past weekend changed our mind about your sales department. They have always been accomodating, trustworthy, and professional, especially Josh Wellbrock and Chris Metz. I wish all companies took customer service to heart the way they do. We did, however, have a bad past experience with your sales department when it was on Montgomery Road. It was bad enough that we pledged to never buy a car from Century Honda (now Kings). Josh encouraged us to look at some used cars on your lot when our Maxima bit the dust last week. While shopping, we worked with Mark Malone and Chris Pieratt. I have to say we could not have had a better experience. They were friendly, helpful, and did not pressure us in any way. It was obvious it was their goal to make the customer happy. We ended up purchasing a Pilot and of course will be returning for regular service. I just wanted to let you know that we will continue to patronize your dealership for future car purchases because of our experience there this weekend. I liked how they deal with bargaining a price down on their own and then bring you back the presentable offer. This is a rating of my overall experience is in regards to Kings Honda and nothing to do with Gulia Petalver or Ryan Frankenberg. My first vist to the dealership I was able to walk around the lot and sit to Kings Honda and nothing to do with Gulia Petalver or Ryan Frankenberg. My first vist to the dealership I was able to walk around the lot and sit in cars in the showroom without being asked by any salesperson if I had been helped or if they could help me. Once I had researched and asked for an internet price did I have a name of a salesperson. Both Ryan and Gulia provided me with exceptional customer service. Each car that I wanted to look at they were willing to find the car and prepare it for a test drive. If It hadn't been for Ryan and Gulia I would have ended up purchasing a different car at a different dealership. If they were to leave Kings Honda I wouldn't step back inside Kings Honda. More

Marc provided follow up with requested information and pricing from my initial test drive through post delivery. Closing the deal was smooth and free of haggling. The Kings Honda facilities are very inviting, and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous. Johnny Combs (on Marc’s day off) was very helpful when I brought my wife in for a test drive. I would be happy to recommend both Marc and Kings Honda to others for their auto purchase. I did an internet search thru Honda East, Performance Honda, and Kings Honda. Gulia called within 10 minutes was very helpful and sent pictures for the car we were interested in. We liked the car and bought it. The only thing I would recommend is for sales folks be able to drive a stick. Another sales team member brought the car to us and then he took over the deal. We knew we wanted a Honda Odessy but we had not decided to pull the trigger. I went in without my wife just to look. Glen engaged me with a very easy going non pushy approach and before I knew it I was lea to pull the trigger. I went in without my wife just to look. Glen engaged me with a very easy going non pushy approach and before I knew it I was leaving my pilot there and driving home in a 2011 exl. One problem. My wife was not happy with the fact that I did not involve her in a 40k decision. Another problem. She hated the white color I picked out. So I had to drag the entire family back to Honda after purchasing the car! Fortunately glen was there and took the same laid back approach with my wife and she fell in love with a different color. Andy french the manager was fantastic on the phone and told me to come in and "talk". Glen was cool, professional and busted his tail to get the paperwork reversed and send us home that night with the car my wife wanted. He was great to my kids and very patient with me in a tough position. He really shined when his back was against the wall. Our next car will be another Honda and hopefully from glen! I can't say enough good things. As if we were shooting a commercial, he saved the day and as we were pulling out of the lot he came running over with my daughter's favorite that we had left in the other car!
