We purchased our new Honda from King's Honda because of the excellent experience our son had working with Al just the previous week. About 10 minutes into our drive Al returned our call and when we arrived 15 minutes later, he had the car we voiced interest in over the phone parked out front, ready for a test drive. We felt his excellent customer service started even before we personally met. We were so impressed with his service that another of our sons will be over to talk with Al tomorrow. I was told that because of the price (being so low), there was nothing the dealership would do to repair it. I called about a used car I saw online. I live 25 miles from the dealership, so I didn't want to waste my time if the car was damaged or didn't run. Mark not only went to the car on the lot and called me from the dealership, so I didn't want to waste my time if the car was damaged or didn't run. Mark not only went to the car on the lot and called me back to tell me the body condition, which was accurate to the last ding, but also offered to drive it and see how the car drove. About 5 minutes later he called while driving the car to tell me it was in fine condition. When I arrived later that afternoon the car was exactly as he described it and was everything I had hoped for, reasonably priced, well maintained, and ran well. We worked out the details and I hit my next snag, financing. But once again their finance department came through getting the car right where I wanted from a payment standpoint and I drove away very pleased with the entire experience. Now I need to go back to get some more business cards as I am going to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car! Kudos to the entire staff. Gulia and Ryan were great, demonstrated the cars features, no pressure, just friendly. We left on a Friday, drove the Camry on Saturday, and after talking, determined to go back on a Monday. I'd been shopping online for a pre-owned Honda Odyssey and found one that met my criteria at Kings Honda. I live two hours away, in another state. I sent an email inquiry first to ask if the van was still in inventory. Within two hours (on a Saturday night, after hours!) I recieved an email response from Gulia, an "nternet sales" representative from Kings. We spoke on the phone the next day and I asked her several questions pertaining to the overall condition of the van. She literally went out into the lot to look the van over and called me back. I was convinced to make the two hour drive the next day. My husband, toddler and myself piled in our Honda CR-V and drove to Cincy. Upon arrival Gulia greeted us and took us to see the van, which she'd decorated with balloons and a "specially prepared for..." banner! We test drove the van and looked it over. It's a 2009 EX-L Odyssey in Excellent condition. It looks brand new inside and out. We loved it. Negotiating price was very easy and we came to an agreement after only one revisit to the finance manager. We recieved a very fair trade on the CR-V and a fabulous price on the Odyssey. We made the two hour drive home in our "new" Odyssey! Thanks Gulia and the finance staff at Kings for making it so easy! More
