It was also nice working with, not only a sales person, but a dedicated team of friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only minor drawback that brings down the overall experience is the review process requiring registraion. I want to make sure our salesman is recognized for exceptional service, but I think the registration form is unecessary and view it more as a marketing technique to retain buyers and less as a verification email. I get the sense that sales associates are weighed heavily on these reviews and in turn press customers into completing a review that should be completely voluntary. More
I went into Kings Honda in Cincinnati, OH with a few cars in mind that I wanted to look at. To be honest, I needed a car and had done a lot of research on my own so I was probably an easy sale. My salesman was very helpful quickly getting me a test drive in the cars I was looking at. I didn't have many questions about features on the cars, but the salesman did make sure to list the features and the differences in the cars I was looking at. The sales process was smooth aside from computer errors on the initial price quotes. Incorrect tax numbers and some charges things that did not apply to my purchase. Corrections were quickly made and the rest of the process was smooth. The only slight complaints that I would have are that I was not provided with a manual or floor mats for the car. I assumed the floor mats were in the trunk and did not check before leaving the lot. More

This was the fourth new Honda that I had purchased from a Cincinnati dealer and this was by far my very best experience. Mark Belpario was respectful of my time, he had excellent communication skills and he Cincinnati dealer and this was by far my very best experience. He respected me as a consumer who didn't need her husband to make the decisions about which car/options to purchase. When I called to let Mark know that I was on my way to the dealership, he made sure that the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need and he did not pressure me to buy the car TODAY. In fact, I had to wait three weeks to get the car that I wanted because the 2012s were just being produced at the factory. He called me with updates along the way to make sure I knew when my new car would be ready. It actually was delivered several days before the estimated date and Mark called me early in the day to notify me. He made sure I got exactly what we had negotiated for my trade, even though we experienced a few problems during the time that I was waiting for my new car to arrive. I chose King's Honda because it is the closest dealer to my home. I chose Mark Belpario because he made the process quick and painless. He did discuss pricing with me because I informed the sale manager that I would buy a car, but expected to pay invoice. Mark went above and beyond and made this purchase a very pleasant experience. After having her old accord since 2001. We went online to do some research. So we already had a price guarantee from two dealership in excess of 40 miles away. My wife was just going to this dealership to test drive a vehicle. We were introduced to Mr. Glover who took care of us. He gave her the keys and took us to the lot where the vehicles were. She was able to test drive the vehicle (without any pressure) After the test drive she loved the vehicle. Mr. Glover did some number crunching, and was able to sell us the car for the online price that we found. Although she went into the dealership looking for a red vehicle, she fell in love with the light blue car that was on the lot. There was no pressure and no surprises during this visit just a great experience. So we were able to buy locally. More
We began our search after considering the delay of the 2012 CR-Vs by looking at the current 2011. We first met Chris Pieratt when we stop by the dealership our first time. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. However, as a AAA member, we employed their buying service, which is why we switched to Ryan Frankenburg, since he is the Internet Sales Manager. Again, he went out of his way to ensure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. The next phase was in the test drive/trade-in process. It was at that point we were introduced to Bob Moeller. He arrange for a speedly assessment and that allowed us to move forward. We then met with Gulia Petalver, who walked us through the final negotations and purchase of our new vehicle. Our last stop was with Jennifer Hoskins, who did all the finanical paperwork. It turned out to be quick and more or less painless process. After taking delivery, we experienced a number of small problems that Bob Moeller quickly resolved. We are now in the process of breaking the new car in and are enjoying it. Overall an excellent buying experience. We look forward to many more years of dependable service with our new Honda and working with Kings Honda. More

Al was a great salesman. He was efficient and responded to the needs of us (the parents/buyers) and our two young children. He was through and knowledgeable about the vehicle (Accord) we were interested i to the needs of us (the parents/buyers) and our two young children.
