At Kings Honda, the customer is their number one priority. My salesman, Jim Hardison, was knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me buy my car at a good price. He answered all of my questions. The purchase was actually a pleasant experience because I did not have to negotiate for hours on end. The service department at Kings Honda is awesome as well. A few days after I brought my car home, the service manager contacted me about an update that was needed. He actually offered to pick my car up, drive it to the dealership for service, and return it to me within a few hours! In all of my experiences with cars and dealerships (and there are quite a few), I have never been offered door-to-door service before! I find it refreshing that Kings Honda really cares about the customer, in a world where many things have become impersonal. I will buy my next Honda at Kings and will certainly recommend that my family and friends buy there as well. Great job, guys! More
Rob was extremely pleasant and I felt like he was on my side to get me the new car I wanted. He worked very hard to sell me a car before I left and was pleasant and non pushy the whole time. My husband and I came into Kings Honda looking for a car for my 78-year-old father. We couldn't have had a better salesman! Rob was great with my father! It had been 20 years since my father bought a car and he was very nervous about the purchase. Rob was extremely patient with him and did an excellent job making my father feel comfortable behind the wheel and thoroughly explaining all the features of the new car. The whole experience was stress-free all thanks to Rob! We are all very pleased with my father's purchase. We will definitely be coming back to Kings Honda and looking for Rob again. More

We knew that Honda was a good, reliable brand, but we were thrilled to buy a car from Nathan. The price was more than fair, there was no stressful haggling, no games, no nonsense. We arrived at the dealership at 10am and went home with our 'new' car by 1:30pm. He was knowledgeable without being pretentious and there was not a single time where we questioned his motives or fairness. While we were there, 2 other people came, specifically asking for Nathan's assistance...and it's easy to see why! He made our experience stress-free and enjoyable! If we need another car in the future, we'll head back to Kings! More
My daughter and I were shopping for her first car in her own name after she graduated from college. We were pleasantly surprised how cordially we were treated (as 2 women shopping) and we really enjoyed dea own name after she graduated from college. We were pleasantly surprised how cordially we were treated (as 2 women shopping) and we really enjoyed dealing with our salesman Nate Myers. He was very low key, friendly and polite. He was never pushy or condescending. He was enthusiastic about the cars and taught my daughter a lot about the features during our test drive. He also explained the pros and cons of leasing vs buying in a logical way that was really helpful in making up her mind which way to proceed. He was able to get the price down to a range within her tight budget and she happily is the owner of a brand new 2012 Honda Civic, that she adores. I highly recommend Nate as a salesman at Kings Honda if you are in the market for a new or used car. More

When we had an issue with the vehicle, everyone helped us find a good price on parts. In 2011, we decided to trade it in for a newer model. We were shown exactly what we wanted, and again treated very well. Sales and service worked together to make us happy. The General Manager (Mike Molzberger) also showed caring and was a joy to speak with. My family has been shopping at another, nearby dealer since the early 1980s. We are now a Honda family, and will happily stay with Kings Honda. More

I bought a 2010 CRV from Rob Larson sixteen months ago. Got a card in the mail from honda in the late summer, asking me to trade in my used car, and possibly get a new car. At that point, the car I was interested in wasn't able to foot the bill of my lease amount expectations. On Friday, December 9th, I was in the dealership getting a recalled Honda part replaced. While heading for the waiting area, my salesman, Rob, asked if I was there to talk about the "Crosstour" I was interested in at the end of summer. I joked, and said, "yeah, right!" "That didn't work last time." Before the end of the day, I had my new crosstour, and said goodbye to my friend, the CRV. It only had 10,000 miles on it! (anyone interested, see Rob Larson....it is on their lot now...and a real super car) The dealership is top notch, the care given to the customer is wonderful. The entire staff is a pleasure to come in contact with. They make your experience non-stressful, and that is important when car shopping. I got the best present that I did not expect to get that day, and I owe it all to my salesman, Rob Larson, and the wonderful crew at Kings Honda. They even prepare a banner for your car that says the car was especially prepared for you! They take care of your needs, that if for sure, and they go above and beyond....... More
Had a good experience. This was the second new Honda I have purchased. The first was at a dealer in Arizona in 1989 an it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The only negative was a disagreement about a form that the finance manager wanted me to sign to which I didn't agree. Gulia did a great job. She was pleasant and responsive. Answered all our questions in a timely fashion. She took time to see if we had any questions about the car and helped us set up the Bluetooth connection. More

He was up front and direct about what Kings Honda could offer. Moreover, he was honest about what Kings Honda could offer and how that fit into the plan I had for buying a new vehicle. The advice I received was of a very helpful and knowledgeable nature. I knew I was buying a car, not a salesman; and Rob shared that sentiment in his sales. I have had salesmen try and steer me in the right direction instead of guide me. Rob respected my input and research and used that to help me make an informed decision. While going through a final walkthrough of accessories and warranties I did not feel everything was pitched and tried to be sold. A few key items were emphasized and matched exactly what I looking for. I would definitely recommend Rob and Kings Honda. More
