We made a deal on a used car on a Saturday. We was told it will go through service on Monday and we can pick it up on Tuesday. On late Tuesday afternoon I got a call from the salesperson Jeff Buttler that it will go through service on Monday and we can pick it up on Tuesday. On late Tuesday afternoon I got a call from the salesperson Jeff Buttler that it was not ready. The service department is waiting on a part that is backordered. It will be a few days. This was the last time that I heard from Jeff butler or him calling me. I called back on Thursday to see if we could pick it up and he said "no, still waiting on parts, needs a head gasket". He said it will be ready Saturday. We called again and Saturday it still was not ready. I called him again the following Tuesday and he said still not ready. The parts are in and he will call me back when it is reday, by Thursday. My son called him on Thursday and was told that it will be ready on Saturday, no need to call. Just come and pick it up on Saturday. On Saturday morning, my son got a call saying that it now needed an engine, the bolts are stripped. I called Andy French to find out what has been going on and he said he will have someone call me with other offers on other cars. I got emails from Andy French asking if the salesperson Jeff Butler had called me since we picked up our 2003 Toyota Camry?? It is quite obvious that he had no idea what had been going on and when I answered his emails back twice, he never even answered me back. He is the general sales manager???????? More
I had a wonerful experience at King's Honda. I came in for a used a car and decided in the end to lease a new Civic. I am very glad that I did. All of the staff was very helpful and kind. Good job, especially Gulia! She really tried to get the missing parts replaced, really reversed my original opinion of my experience. My only complaint was that finance should be real sure the finance is missing parts replaced, really reversed my original opinion of my experience. Had they attempted to pressure me into buying, I would have walked away and never returned, too many other dealer offering the same car. I beleive I could have save a few more dollars had I tried, but since they were upfront with me, I figured they earned my business. More

Very good experience buying our new Odyssey with Kings Honda. Kings did an oustanding job on price. I acquired all my quotes through email. Initially requested quotes from multiple Cincinnati Honda dea Honda. Kings did an oustanding job on price. I acquired all my quotes through email. Initially requested quotes from multiple Cincinnati Honda dealers through Edmunds.com. Kings beat the next lowest price by $600. Other dealers then attempted to undercut Kings' price, but I decided to stay with Kings because Nicole (Landers) had earned by business. After several emails working through the specifics, Nicole had gained my trust. She was advocating on my behave with her management and working to earn my business. She kept the emails coming and called me a couple of times to keep me posted of status. Good follow through Nicole. I provided my own financing. Taking delivery of the Odyssey was quick and painless. Jenni had all the documents prepared when I arrived. Signing the colossal amount of documentation was a breeze thanks to Jenni's organization. She did a great job of explaining each document as we went along. Never had a question throughout the process. The van was prepped and ready for us when we arrived. Nicole was very patient with my wife and I as she comprehensively demo'd the bells and whistles on our new van. Nicole made sure everything was to our satisfaction before we left the dealership. Again, felt very comfortable working with and talking to Nicole. Key for me was the price, process and trust. Everyone is hyper-busy these days. No different for me. A corporate father of two. I have little-to-no-time to haggle with dealerships. Working the price out ahead of time through email/online was huge for me. Several dealerships were less accepting of working through email/online. Requesting me to stop in. I disgarded those immediately. After price was a done deal, the process is next. Accepting the car was smooth and quick. I think I was actually on the dealership lot less than 60 minutes. Bravo! Trust is next. Nicole was open and honest throughout the price negotiation. Thank you Nicole. Overall. Great experience.
