My entire experience at Kings Honda was an awesome one. Initially I was not sure about purchasing a new car but since my old '98 Honda Civic EX was dying, I knew that I was going to have to purchase a new Initially I was not sure about purchasing a new car but since my old '98 Honda Civic EX was dying, I knew that I was going to have to purchase a new car soon. I went and met Chris P. and he answered all of my questions despite knowing that I was not purchasing a new car on that day. I had some concerns about getting the best rate so I called Steve the finance manager and he allowed me to come (right at that exact moment) and run my credit at the dealership to assure that I could get the best rate that Honda Finance had to offer. After we found that my credit was great, I was then met with the challenge of finding the exact car that I wanted in the color that I wanted it in...because it was not available on their lot. Chris P. took the time to work with another employee to search for my car and then set up a dealer trade. They found one for me the very next day and when I came to the dealership to work out the logistics, I received a great deal on my car (I got much more car than what I spent, and I am grateful!). Everyone I worked with was very supportive and took the time to answer the millions of questions that I had about every step of the process, as this was my first time ever purchasing a new car. Chris P. was very knowledgable about the product and the one question that I asked about a seldom added accessory that Chris P. and his manager was unsure of, caused them to spend approximately 45 minutes to find the answer for me. Steve the finance manager explained every paper that I was signing for the financing in detail and answered every question that I had for him. He also gave me additional information about other products and services that were available to me (i.e. tire protection...as I am an avid curb hitter), and told me the benefits of each. Additionally, he gave me tips on how to further improve my credit score and get better interest rates, something that he didn't have to do but I greatly appreciated. Once I got my car complete with accessories that I had installed, Chris P. took upwards of 2+ hours to explain my car to me (on a Saturday afternoon when the dealership was crawling with customers that he could have been selling to) and has called me two or three times since I left the dealership to check on my progress in learning how to use the car. He has even offered to take the time to reteach me how to use the car so that I can maximize the experience of my newly purchased Honda Civic. Kings is the gift that just keeps on giving and I am very pleased with my first car-buying experience. I hope that I can buy cars in the future from the same dealership and the same salesman! Al and Chris were excellent to work with and did everything they could to ensure our satisfaction. There were a few issues with the first vehicle (Honda Odyssey EXL), they tried to fix it but we we everything they could to ensure our satisfaction. They found another car from a different dealeer brought it down on the same day and the deal was done. Excellent customer service. We also have another Honda and have used their service department exclusively and arevery pleased. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
My experience was fine - the speed in which everything was taken care of was very good in comparison to my last experience with buying a vehicle (not at Kings Honda). I wasn't all that impressed with the detailing of the inside of the vehicle. My husband and I did a bit of work to clean it up. There were quite a few scuff marks on the inside of the doors (99% of these easily come off with Mr. Clean Magic Erasers), dash and center console were dusty (Armorall takes care of this) and it needed to be vacuumed better as there was some pet hair from the previous owner throughout the back seat. Marc was great, very friendly, not pushy, not condescending, very easy to work with. More

We bought a new Honda Odyssey today after looking at every minivan available on the market. I met Steve after being greeted by the receptionist and although he is a newbie he was extremely knowledgable every minivan available on the market. I met Steve after being greeted by the receptionist and although he is a newbie he was extremely knowledgable and must be a really quick learner because he could answer every single question I had and had a great command of his products. He treated me with respect for my age and the fact that I walked in as a handicapped female buyer did not deter him from helping me. [How refreshing after some of my experiences at other dealerships located at Kings!] The salespeople were crazy busy but Steve was patient and did not rush me. I returned two days later with my husband, worked with the team of Steve and Rob, and reached a deal as painlessly as is possible when buying a car. Working with Jenni to sign all the paperwork was amazing. She is organized, efficient, and friendly. What a pleasure. We are already telling people about our experience and we would not hesitate to contact Steve for our next car purchase. Thanks. More

Nathan was very easy to work with. He was low pressure, fair, and honest. He kept in touch and worked to get us the deal we were happy with. This was my first new car and the entire experience was pleasant fair, and honest. He kept in touch and worked to get us the deal we were happy with. We made a deal on a used car on a Saturday. We was told it will go through service on Monday and we can pick it up on Tuesday. On late Tuesday afternoon I got a call from the salesperson Jeff Buttler that it will go through service on Monday and we can pick it up on Tuesday. On late Tuesday afternoon I got a call from the salesperson Jeff Buttler that it was not ready. The service department is waiting on a part that is backordered. It will be a few days. This was the last time that I heard from Jeff butler or him calling me. I called back on Thursday to see if we could pick it up and he said "no, still waiting on parts, needs a head gasket". He said it will be ready Saturday. We called again and Saturday it still was not ready. I called him again the following Tuesday and he said still not ready. The parts are in and he will call me back when it is reday, by Thursday. My son called him on Thursday and was told that it will be ready on Saturday, no need to call. Just come and pick it up on Saturday. On Saturday morning, my son got a call saying that it now needed an engine, the bolts are stripped. I called Andy French to find out what has been going on and he said he will have someone call me with other offers on other cars. I got emails from Andy French asking if the salesperson Jeff Butler had called me since we picked up our 2003 Toyota Camry?? It is quite obvious that he had no idea what had been going on and when I answered his emails back twice, he never even answered me back. He is the general sales manager???????? More
