My husband went into the dealership on a Sunday around 3:30pm looking to trade in our 2007 Ford Focus and 2007 Honda Accord coupe. We were looking for a Honda CR-V because we have a 4 month old baby. W 3:30pm looking to trade in our 2007 Ford Focus and 2007 Honda Accord coupe. We were looking for a Honda CR-V because we have a 4 month old baby. We told Tony where we needed to be payment wise and He took us straight back to the used CR-Vs. Within 20 minutes we were taking one for a test drive. We really liked the SUV and when We got back to the dealership Tony got started on all the paperwork. He had two looking at our trade ins at the same time while My husband filled out the credit a application. The dealership closed at 5:00pm but Tony didn't mind staying over just to finish our Deal so we could take the car home that day! Tony is very knowledgable about the Honda brand. He answered all of our questions. Since it was a used vehicle, the back left light cover was cracked and there was a rust spot also. Tony said he would take care of Everything for us. He ordered the part the very next day and called me on Tuesday to schedule the appointment to fix it. We went in on Wednesday, just two days after we bought the car to fix it! While we were there, they also washed our car again for us and fixed the rear windshield wiper where the rubber piece was coming apart! Tony made our car buying experience so easy and pleasant! We will definitely be going to Kings Honda from now on! We really appreciate Tony taking such good care of us and missing his family plans that Sunday evening just to make sure we were happy! To me you can't get any better customer service than what Tony offers! More
Steve was very knowledgable, especially about technology. He knew how the Odyssey rated in Consumers Reports and how it compared with competition. He also had a great grasp of when to let a husband and wife team talk themselves into choosing a Honda. I certainly would recommend Honda and Steve to friends and families. My very tech-savvy engineer son and daughter-in-law purchased the same vehicle in Maryland just before Xmas 2011 and Steve showed us a few features of the Nav system that they had not figured. Honda's go a long way toward selling themselves, but Steve and the King's Honda team made our experience a great one. Another Steve, our finance rep, made several suggestions that saved us money in the financing of our Odyssey. We are grateful to him for that help. Mike and Mary Slaughter More

Rob Larsen was our salesman. We did purchase a new civic, my daughter will primarily drive it. We do not buy new cars or shop dealers. This was a first in MANY years for us. We visited this dealer probably 6 times in 2 weeks. The inventory is more than adequate. Employees are friendly and made us feel welcome. Rob listened to our concerns, he went out of his way to respond in person as well as to my e-mail requests. We looked at many vehicles before purchasing. I would recommend this dealer. I do not live close by. There were a couple of other Honda dealers closer to us. We visited other car make dealers. I was impressed and happy with the level of service we received at King's Honda from Rob Larsen. One of our visits was on a very busy Saturday. We still were given attention, exceptional service, options to consider at this unannounced visit. Go KING'S!! You rock!! Thank you to the team for helping us out. The patience they showed while I was determining the best option for me was great. I thought I was ready to trade in my lease and get a new car, but realized tha they showed while I was determining the best option for me was great. Even though Saturday was a very busy day Nathan was courteous and came around often to help keep us from feeling like we were jsut waiting around. Great customer service!! More
