Great experience at Kings Honda. I actually went car shopping pretty convinced I was going to buy a Totoya Sienna. I ended up with a Honda Odyssey and it is all because of Rob Larson. He was great! I have given the dealer a 5 on every category because as soon as I got there, I was treated kindly and with respect. As someone who has graduated with a business education and background, I can honestly say that this business knows how to add value to its customers through successful and meaningful interactions. For instance, the employees were very patient with me and continued to help me as the store was closing. Most places will re-schedule, especially on a Sunday Afternoon; however, Kings Honda did not desert me in any way shape in form. Rather, they stood by me and explained all the details of my vehicle, the lease contract/agreement, and other vital information. This was the first time that I had visited a dealership to get a car and my experience was beyond excellent. Jim Hardison and Jenni Hoskins are excellent employees and I hope they continue to deliver great customer service to everyone and continue with their careers! More

I had a great experience at Kings Honda and especially with John. He was very friendly and very helpful..he even stayed 2 hours after the dealership was "closed" to make sure we wouldn't have to come back with John. Nicole was very professional, provided her best price up front, and did not put a high pressure sales pitch on me, and when I told her what I wanted she did not try to sell me something I did not want.
