They told me they couldn't just give me a second key, and to buy one it would be $100. Fortunately I had already gotten a quote from another dealer so I knew better. Went to Honda East instead and got the key for $23.58. Buyer beware. If you go to Kings Honda for service be sure to get a second opinion on whatever they tell you it will cost. More

My husband and I had a great experience with Gulia and Nathan at Kings Honda. In the past, we had always dealt with a Honda dealer in NKY, but since we have found Kings Honda, we will definitely make the drive again because the customer service is just that good. Guila responded to my online inquiry very quickly with a low (significantly lower than all of the other dealerships), straight-forward price. When we arrived at the dealership a few days later, we found out that the trim/color we wanted was no longer in stock. Nathan made alternate arrangements for us and we were able to come back only a week later to purchase the exact car we had been looking for. We never once felt pressured by any of the sales staff or by the finance manager. The did not push any extra products or warranties on us after we initially declined. Although we just bought the car just yesterday, I have already shared my experience with numerous co-workers and family members. I was expecting to be swindled at some point in the process like I had in the past at other dealers, but Kings Honda is fantastic at being honest and genuinely caring for its customers.
