I received excellent service from Rob Larson when buying my new Honda CRV. This is the second Honda I purchased from Kings Honda, and from Rob Larson, and each time I was treated with respect, and my expec my new Honda CRV. This is the second Honda I purchased from Kings Honda, and from Rob Larson, and each time I was treated with respect, and my expectations were more than met. Overall, this is the 8th Honda my family has purchased throughout the years. I will go back to Kings Honda, and Rob Larson again, and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

We were looking for a used car and didn't find anything at another dealer nearby. On a whim we went to Kings Honda. It was after 8pm, but they were still open. Nick greeted us and helped us fin anything at another dealer nearby. On a whim we went to Kings Honda. It was after 8pm, but they were still open. Nick greeted us and helped us find several cars in that fit our needs in our price range. Since it was late we came back the next day and test drove two cars. We were able to take the one we liked better to our mechanic. Marc and Nick worked as a team due to our schedule. Thank you for the nice car buying experience. More
Nick was one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and laid back car salesmen I've ever dealt with. He listened to my needs and wants, and worked hard to get me the car I wanted. I was never pressured into any back car salesmen I've ever dealt with. He listened to my needs and wants, and worked hard to get me the car I wanted. I was never pressured into anything, and never felt like he was misleading. When it came to negotiating for the car, he helped get me what I wanted for my trade-in as well as helped in getting the price I wanted for the car. He made the transaction as well as the experience smooth from beginning to end. I had two family members with me for my purchase and from the service I received from Nick, they both stated that the next time they need a car, they will definitely ask for Nick to be their salesmen. He made me feel special as a person and as a customer. Great job Nick! More

Great experience at Kings Honda, it was by far the best dealership experience I've had. Mark K was excellent to work with and I would recommend him without reservation. Price was good, I've seen in the o dealership experience I've had. Mark K was excellent to work with and I would recommend him without reservation. Price was good, I've seen in the online forums that others in the country have gotten better deals than I, but I am pleased with what I paid and as requested, King's brought their "final offer" to the table the first time, there was no haggling. There was a mistake on both of our parts where my $500 deposit was missed during the paperwork and King's called me the next day saying they owed me $500. How many places do you know of that would do that instead of pocketing it? Living near the South Dayton suburban area, my wife and I originally went to the nearest Honda dealer, Castrucci, with the intention of buying a new minivan. When we arrived, they did not want our business, declining a request for a test drive, or to even sit to talk numbers or the special order process. We left empty handed and drove straight to Kings where Mark greeted us, and obviously gained our business. We had an Odyssey on order that morning through Kings Honda. More

We have been involved with this dealership for well over 30 years, and have always found their service impeccable, apart from one bad experience. We later discovered that this employer was let go. 30 years, and have always found their service impeccable, apart from one bad experience. We later discovered that this employer was let go. More

I recently paid for a used 2012 Chevy Cruse from this dealership. I say paid for since I've not taken possession of the car just yet. The entire experience with this dealership to date has been, at bes dealership. I say paid for since I've not taken possession of the car just yet. The entire experience with this dealership to date has been, at best, disappointing. I started by inquiring via the web site about the car and received a prompt response from an internet specialist. My wife and I stopped by one evening to look at the used car. Mark Belperio was the salesperson that first approached us. We test drove the car with Mark along. Mark was unable to answer questions we had regarding the vehicle except whether the mfg warranty still applied given the low miles. This is understandable given a used Chevy at a Honda dealer, but he made no offer to get answers and really never seem interested in helping. After receiving and exchanging emails on a Friday evening and Saturday morning with the internet rep regarding price reductions, I needed to stop by Saturday morning (Saturday Aug 24) to purchase the car (a sizable good faith deposit via credit card over the phone was not acceptable) but made it clear that my wife was not able to join me and if there were papers to sign, she’d have to follow up at a later time. I arrived at the dealership and both Mark and the internet specialist assisted in getting all he paperwork completed, but was repeatedly asked when my wife would be in to sign because “this has to be done by the end of the month." I assured them she would make that happen and they gladly accepted my check for full payment. After a wait for a Finance manager, I signed whatever papers I could, asked for a receipt for the check I had just written and was told that I’d get copies once my wife signed her part. I was again asked when that would happen because “she needs to do this before the end of the month.” After promising that we’d be back quickly I was told to call ahead to Mark when my wife was coming so they could have all the paper work ready. I called on Monday morning and told Mark she would be in around 4:00. She arrived at 4:00 and asked for Mark. He was paged and although he has sitting alone in the waiting area my wife needed to approach him of help. He escorted her to the finance manager and left. The Finance guy informed her that the paperwork was mistakenly passed on and not in the building (why no call to us telling us not to come in seeing as we need to call in advance?) When can she come back and sign and pick up the car seemed to be the topic of discussion. My wife told them him she was in meeting for the next several days and could not come back until after the weekend. “Maybe we can find someone to drop them by your work” She told them Tuesday would work, but was told that both individuals were off. The finance guy left to page Mark who upon hearing the page quickly left the building. So my wife is standing there alone with no one to help. After it became obvious that no one was going to assist she left. No calls to apologize or make other arrangements, but I guess that’s’ to be expected since everyone is off in Tuesday. I guess I’ll get a call on Wed asking when we can pick up the car? It's obvious that once the sale is over and the check has exchanged hands service levels drop even lower. It was promised that the car would be detailed inside and out for pick up ... we'll see how true that is UPDATE 8/30 Sales manager Andy French called me with a genuine apology. He admitted that the staff had handled the interactions inappropriately and had Mark deliver the vehicle to my wife, along with the papers that needed to be signed, to our home. They arrived on time and the vehicle was clean, with a full tank of gas and all paperwork included. While Mark apologized for the original paperwork being misplaced, he never acknowledged, nor apologized, avoiding helping my wife when she went in to sign papers. I guess he just doesn’t get it. Anyway I have changed my opinion of the dealership and would recommend them for those shopping for a Honda. I will, however, tell folks to steer clear of Mark Belperio as a sales rep. More
