We were passing through from out of town and our Pilot broke down just up the road from Kings. We found ourselves having to trade it in on the spot. We feel they went over and beyond their job, for example, when it was time to fill up my new car for us to leave, the salesman used his own money because the Honda company card wouldn't work at the place we went to. Also, we had our dog with us for the whole time we were there, and everyone was very understanding about it. They even let the dog test drive the car with us :-) Really glad we ended up at Kings! In the future if we need another Honda we would drive 1.5 hours to go back to Kings. More

Phil Gellman was a great salesman. My Mom was purchasing a new car and he took the time to explain things and answer any questions she had. He worked to find the right vehicle for her.
