I had an incredible experience at Kings Honda last weekend purchasing my 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Everything was well organized, everyone was polite and knowledgeable. However, I have to spec weekend purchasing my 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Everything was well organized, everyone was polite and knowledgeable. However, I have to specifically tell you what an amazing employee you have in Herbert Singleton. He walked me through the entire process with ease and did not leave my side the entire time I was there. He gave me good advise and was so easy to talk to in general. I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in good hands all day. Since purchasing the vehicle, he has called twice to make sure everything was good and to deliver the items I was still waiting on. From my understanding, he had surgery and was out for a long period of time. You wouldn't know it though because he ran circles around people all day and went from one end of the lot to the other multiple times without a single complaint. If anyone else would have helped me that day, I know my experience would have been completely different. I hate car shopping, but not now. Please recognize this man for a job well done. As I waited in the showroom to meet with Steve in finance, Gulia updated me as she continued preparations for my delivery, and I was asked several times by other Kings associates if I needed anything. I felt like a valued guest rather than another sale. Good job Kings Honda! More
Joe Klosterman made every step in the process of buying a new car a positive experience. I had called several Honda Dealerships in my area and walked around a few lots before my my initial contact with Joe new car a positive experience. During our first phone conversation he was friendly and helpful - answering my questions and giving helpful information. Each time I called back Joe responded quickly to any concerns or questions. My last call was to tell him I had an opening in my schedule and could I drive over and buy my car on a busy Saturday morning. He said it was no problem and everything did go very smoothly but I'm sure he had to really hustle to make that happen! While we completed the sale Joe made sure that a friend and I were comfortable and we went to lunch nearby while the final detailing was accomplished. Joe Klosterman made buying my new CRV a wonderful experience! I've already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. He really takes care of his customers. I gave Joe the highest rating because I honestly don't know how he could have done anything to make my experience better than it was. I hope you appreciate this exceptional employee! More
