I wanted it to be as perfect as brand new, but with a reasonable "previously-owned" price. When I was doing a search on Cars.com, I came upon the perfect solution. A great looking Honda CRV at a dealership with which I had already had a positive experience. Kings Honda had helped my son with his previous car and I liked their friendly, honest approach in dealing with customers. I drove down yesterday from Columbus after work. I arrived late (around 7:45 PM). My internet quest had placed me in touch with Syed Hussain who called as I was driving to make sure I knew the best directions. When I arrived I was impressed with his friendliness and directness. He thoroughly helped me understand the many excellent features available upon my chosen CRV and helped me to decide on buying the car. I was also impressed with the finance manager Todd Loux, who walked me through the maze of forms. It was after closing that I completed my sale. He had to be tired after a long day of last-day-of-the-month sales but treated me with the same friendliness that I am sure he had extended to his first customer. We met ROBERT LARSON who was our sales professional. He helped us find my 2014 Honda Civic EX-L w/ Nav. He went through all the options we had to make the car feasible for our budget. We gave him a bottom line and after a couple visits with the sales manager we had a deal. He took all the stress of car buying away with his happy go lucky personality while still maintaining a expected level of professionalism. The car had yet to have it's PDI as it was fresh off the truck and he assured us that it would be taken care of first thing Monday morning and it was. I came and picked the car up Monday around 1pm. It was parked outside and had been completed detailed on a level uncommon among most dealers. There were even balloons on the mirror for me. Before I left, He told me I couldn't leave yet, slightly puzzled, he hands me a mallet to a gong and tells me to strike it before I go. When I struck the gong the entire sales team cheered and he told me welcome to the Kings Honda Family. It is little things like that which make me feel appreciated as a customer. I have absolutely ZERO complaints about this dealership. The entire sales team is phenomenal and Robert Larson is truly the epitome of professionalism and customer service. More
