Both times I have worked with the same salesperson, Steve Jones, who makes the process very personable and truly seeks to please the customer through understanding their needs and subsequently through his follow up and dedication to his clients. When we got to the dealership, they honored both prices and did not pressure us at all to purchase any additional items that we were not interested in. This car purchase was completely stress free because the internet representative we worked with, Sid, stayed true to the prices he quoted for both the new car and our trade in. We will definitely purchase from this dealership and this representative in the future and recommend them to anyone we know that is in the market for a vehicle. More
Doing the right thing A.C went out on my 2011 Honda Odyssey, I was told that this wouldnt be cover under warranty due to a rock hitting the A.C condensor. I do understand so things are NOT covered, but I called the Service Manager and expained that I had only put 6K miles on the van. After agreeing to cover half of the repair I was happy. :) Went to pick up the Van after repairs and was told there would be NO cost to me. The Service group at Kings Honda went out of there way to cover this repair! I will be back! More
Must only sell cars by accident. We saw a car we were interested in purchasing on the Kings Honda web site, so we made the drive down from Dayton. We dealt with Herb, who treated us p We saw a car we were interested in purchasing on the Kings Honda web site, so we made the drive down from Dayton. We dealt with Herb, who treated us pretty well, though he was more high-pressure than I would have liked. When we finally got to the finance department, we were convinced to buy a service agreement (I know, it is always a stupid move), and then we found out it had been severely misrepresented to us at the time of purchase as far as term, coverage, etc. According to the contract, we could cancel the service agreement within 30 days for a full refund (paid to our bank). We called Herb, who informed us we would have to talk to Jeremy Tuttle in finance. We left 10-15 messages with Jeremy over the next several days, and drove down on Saturday morning having gotten no response from him at all. We prepared a written statement asking for the service agreement to be canceled, as per the contract. When we arrived at the dealer, we talked to Jeremy, who then went into his office for an hour and then returned, saying that he did not know how to cancel the agreement and we would have to come back in a few days. We then got a call that the bank did not like our financing arrangements because the term was too long, so we would have to redo the whole contract. We went to our previously scheduled appointment with Jeremy, who did paperwork to cancel the service agreement and then put a service agreement on the new contract, saying that even though the agreement was there, we wouldn't have to pay for it. To me, that sounds exactly like fraud any way you look at it. During this visit, he answered several text messages on his cellphone and took 5-6 calls from customers on the cellphone while we were in the room--we were there for about an hour and a half. About a month later, we got *another* call that they couldn't get the sales agreement through and we would have to come down and get a new one with no service agreement on it (wel surprise surprise, the bank doesn't like fraud either). We made an appointment for 9:00 Thursday morning to meet Jeremy...and when we got there found out he didn't come in until 2. Luckily someone else helped us that day (I believe his name was Greg) and he didn't try to sneak anything by us or put anything fraudulent in the contract. The staff at Kings Honda are all friendly, but it's a wonder they ever manage to sell a car with a finance manager who is completely unable to do his job. It would have possibly been less annoying if the drive wasn't close to an hour each way from our apartment. More

Our third contact was Dustin Jackson, who provided over-all good service, a #10! His appearance, attention and manner were professional and appreciated. In addition, he was patient with our effort (two employees from our company) to find the right car for our needs. We were particularly interested in Pre-Certified CR-V with around 40,000 miles. Mr. Taylor drove four different cars and then considering all factors - cost, warranty, etc. proposed the possibility of a new CR-V. We then spoke with Eric, the manager, who was willing to listen and negotiate. Then with permission from our Company, it was decided to buy a new CR-V. Being personally partial to Honda cars, I know that we will receive on-going interest and the best of care with our Honda CR-V from Dustin, Eric and others at Kings Honda. Rob offered refreshments and was polite as we were beginning the process of looking at cars. Rob brought the exact 2014 Honda Civic I wanted to test drive, but the car was so new that the fuses were not yet finished. With that, Rob went out of his way to make sure we saw a complete 2014 Honda Civic and even offered to have us test drive the complete one. My father, Marc Thomas, had a set price he wanted to pay every month and Rob did everything he could to make sure we got that price and he was successful. Once we decided we wanted to buy the car, Christie Cartolano started the paperwork and she was very sweet and personable. The finance aspect went much quicker than I had anticipated and it was a fairly painless process. When we picked up the car the following day, Rob greeted us right away and had Christie sit down to explain the manuals. Christie was very knowledgeable and helpful with the manuals and answered any questions that we had. Rob was an excellent salesman and was extremely helpful in making the easy decision of choosing the 2014 Honda Civic. Christie was also very helpful with the paperwork and manuals and was kind and understanding. We had a great overall experience with Kings Honda and I am so happy with my new 2014 Honda Civic. More
